We service most brands of rebuild-able shocks and forks but specialize in Ohlins & Kayaba as we are also a authorized service / sales center for both brands.
Free Return Shipping
Free return shipping on forks & shock sets for all rebuild or re-valve customers within NH, MA, VT, Southern ME, Northern CT, Eastern NY.
Shipping service will be ground with standard insurance provided. Forks and shock will be packed in a box provided by racers choice. No gun cases or customer provided cases / box will qualify for free return shipping. If you require additional insurance on your package we will happily add what ever amount desired at customers expense.
This free service is not valid for parts or merchandise purchased from racers choice, rush shipping services do not apply. Free shipping is for fork and shock sets only, individual components such as a shock alone or a set of forks do not apply. Shipping individual components incur standard shipping rates.
This service will be offered as long as we can afford to do so, We reserve the rite to remove this offer from service as or when we see fit. Racers choice is the sole determine y as to the shipping distance limit on states that have partial shipping terms.

Our Services
Basic Service
$70.. Modern shock, labor only. Fluid / Nitrogen additional. Shock is disassembled, washed, and reassembled with new fluids and Nitrogen. Sag is set in house and fresh decals are applied. $100.. Fork set, labor only. Fluids additional. Forks are disassembled and inner / outer chambers are cleaned thoroughly. Forks are then reassembled with new fluids and fresh decals, clickers are left at customers settings.
Rebuild service
$140.. Modern forks, labor only. $130.. Modern shock, labor only. Parts / Fluids additional. The components are completely disassembled and inspected for wear and damage, we then polish the fork tubes and shock shaft through a 3 step surface treatment to give them a perfect finish for new seals. Components are then fully assembled with new wear parts and sprung for the riders weight and height. Finally the oil height is set and the components are washed one last time before fresh decals are applied and clickers are set to base settings. We will sometimes recommend upgrades to your suspension components if we feel it will be in your best interest for part longevity or to provide you with a better experience. We do not recommend products or coatings to up sell a sale.
Vintage Rebuild Service
$150.. Vintage pre. 98 shock or forks, labor only. Parts / Fluids additional. The components are completely disassembled and inspected for wear and damage, we then polish the fork tubes and shock shaft through a 3 step surface treatment to give them a perfect finish for new seals.
Revalve Forks or Shock
$140.. shock or forks, labor only. Parts / Fluids additional. All re-valves start with a full service. The components are completely disassembled and inspected for wear and damage, we then polish the fork tubes and shock shaft threw a 3 step surface treatment to give them a perfect finish for new seals. The riders ability, the terrain and conditions, and personal preferences are all taken into account to determine a setting and spring rate that we think would best suit the rider.
Laser etching parts / tools
$100 minimum.. We will laser etch your " Name, Rider number, or company logo " into parts or tools provided by the customer. We can also etch into parts we provide for a nominal fee. For pricing on tool sets or groups of parts please contact us. We welcome small runs of manufactured parts from other businesses.
Street / Harley Rebuild
$150.. shock or forks, labor only. Parts / Fluids additional. The components are completely disassembled and inspected for wear and damage, we then polish the fork tubes and shock shaft through a 3 step surface treatment to give them a perfect finish for new seals. Components are then fully assembled with new wear parts and sprung for the riders weight and height.
Snowmobile / Snowbike
$150.. Forks, labor only. $130.. Shock, Labor only. Parts / Fluids additional. The components are completely disassembled and inspected for wear and damage, we then polish the fork tubes and shock shaft through a 3 step surface treatment to give them a perfect finish for new seals. Components are then fully assembled with new wear parts and fluid. Can be sprung for the riders weight and height for an additional charge. Valving changes can be done during this service for an additional $65 per shock or fork set of two.
Custom Coating
DLC black. Gold Ti-Nitrait. RC Copper. Rose Gold TIN. $800.. Lower fork tube coatings per set of two, Can only be done during a service or revalve. Includes removal and installation of lugs as well as polishing of tubes prior to coating. $150.. Shock shaft "each". Can only be done during a service or revalve, includes removal of clevis / rebound rod, bushings. $180 Anodize Lugs: Black. Natural. Brown. $400 Anodize fork tubes "upper" any color. $280 Anodize shock body. Black. Brown. Natural. Please contact us for any additional coating needs of fork or shock components.
